About the Role

As an Account Delivery head, you are responsible for delivery management for an account or a set of accounts and being a focal point for my client's delivery into a customer business unit/department. Responsible for managing an account of low to medium complexity, represents my client’s deals with executive team of the client organization. The role is accountable for Delivery, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction within the account.

About You

As an experienced Delivery Director with strong IT professional services focus, you will be key to driving the design and execution of managed services IT services delivery spanning digital, cloud, applications and IT infrastructure programs. Successful execution of the role brings together the different service capabilities on behalf of the client and my client.

You will bring your experience of working with distributed agile delivery setup, and a strong background of successful project delivery and operations management with onshore and offshore teams. Transition management and delivery oversight is also a key attribute that is necessary for continued success.

The role requires IT delivery experience covering all disciplines from business requirements through to live service support, alongside experience in delivery of enterprise level distributed/scalable systems.

Agile certifications are a big plus.

The role will report to the Head of Delivery, working closely with client partners and being the face of the delivery organisation for the client portfolio that they represent.

What to Expect

The role is accountable for the creation and implementation of the delivery strategy and plan for the customer account/ portfolio of accounts, ensuring that current and future needs of the clients are met and exceeded, for all services provided to the client by my client


Actively support service delivery and enable further development within services working with the client partner.

Work closely with peers and play an active part in coherent development of the delivery capability within the organisation.

Provide effective delivery governance and assurance for one’s own portfolio, as well as providing independent assurance across peer Delivery Director portfolios in accordance with the policy and providing appropriate quality and capability according to services being provided.

Design and implement a delivery management organisation, meeting the requirements of the services being delivered for the client or portfolio of clients
