Business Development Executives

Our client is a well established IT firm with offices Worldwide. They provide a number IT Solutions, Digital Solutions (AI & Robotics), BPO, Consultancy Services, Infrastructure & Applications Services across Manufacturing, Travel & Transportation, Retail, Banking & Financial Services.
We require a new Sales Person for the business who will become a future leader. Ideally you will have gained 1 or 2 years as an IT solution sales person, with a good understanding if technology but you are looking for a step up to become a bigger enterprise sales professional.
To take you through the sales development stage our client will provide the coaching, training and provide all the tools with the support and mentoring of senior team members for you to become the best. The role will be based in London where everything happens

The ideal candidate will have:
- A recent graduate, ideally with some experience in a fast paced sales environment
- Interested to grow a career in IT Sales
- Positive, self-motivated and highly-determined person with desire to succeed
- Team player who enjoys a healthy competitive environment but is also reliable and able to work on own initiative
- Target driven
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, are essential
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling of prospects with a view to set up a meeting and generate sales.
- Ability to convert leads in to sales.
- Advise customers on the best ways in which solutions can be used to meet their requirements.
- Working with the wider team to proactively generate leads and pipeline through targeted prospecting.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, awareness of competitive offerings
- Meet quarterly targets aimed at increasing pipeline and revenue
- Meet and exceed KPIs to achieve quarterly targets
