Our client a leading IT Service Provider providing technology solutions across all services lines of business. They are looking for an experienced CPG Growth Account Manager/Partner for one of their clients.

This person must understand all aspects of a Large $MM CPG client and the environment in which it operates.

Some of the responsibilities

  • Leading the account team to implement the account plan, supporting a pursuit and devising the win strategy
  • Growth of Multimillion business portfolio across Application Development and Support (BSS), OSS and Service Management, Network Services in the account – Growth, P&L and Relationship.
  • Understand customer business goals and translating them into Account plan, Solutions to create new Revenue opportunities:
  • Manage and drive responses to RFI/RFPs/Proactive proposals build, review, submission and stakeholder mapping across the decision making chain.
  • Client delivery assurance – Manage customer escalations, assure the client of my clients commitment and drive the delivery process by working collaboratively with the Delivery Managers in the business unit:
  • Customer communication and stakeholder management
  • Driving right behaviours, improvements, efficiencies

You will be responsible for the customer relationship with key stakeholders in the account and forge new relationships. While keeping abreast of Customer drivers, trends within the account, competition and device plan of engagement.

  • Manage a large CPG or Retail portfolio in excess of $10M+
  • Lead Commercial and Contract negotiation.
  • Oversee forecast process for Sr. Mgmt. and provide accurate forecast on revenue and Pipeline.
  • Plan and drive quarterly forums on the overall engagement with the SMT of the customer.
  • Develop, manage and coach assigned Management trainees to support in the account and prepare them for wider responsibilities within the organisation
  • Lead the account team to implement the account plan, supporting a pursuit and devising the win strategy
  • Plan the Growth of Multimillion business portfolio across Application Development and Support (BSS), OSS and Service Management, Network Services in the account
  • P&L and Relationship.
