As a new business sales director your role will be to increase my client’s footprint selling a range of Digital and IT Services into CPG and Retail
What we require:
Ideally we are looking for an experienced and motivated hungry sales professional with extensive experience of the IT sales market as a Sales and Account Development Professional
- Must have a proven history of working in the IT Services/Digital industry with a proven track record of selling technology Software products and related services in the UK, Europe and Asia.
- Skilled at Large Transformation (Digital/ Outsourcing/Offshoring) deals
- Strong Domain Knowledge (CPG/Retail)
- Digital Transformation leveraging Cloud, Mobile, Analytics, and Social Media, RPA, Machine Learning and AI.
- Developing positive direct relationships with key business contacts.
- Business Development (Hunting & farming)
- Possessing personality, energy & charisma to inspire, lead and develop staff.
- Responsible for achieving all performance related targets.
- Ensuring that best practice is followed in safety, legality and quality of service.
- Developing and supporting a cross functional culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers.

- Manage the outbound/inbound business development activities
- Marketing activities, including branding, Account Based Marketing, Client Relationships, Internal/ external stakeholder’s management, Marketing Intelligence, Marketing Analysis, Campaign Design and Management, etc.
- Business Expansion Strategy with CIO’s
- Developing and implementing product partnership vision and strategy.
- Research and benchmark against internal and external products
- Strong knowledge on SDLC and sales tools
- Use data to build business case, prioritize product backlog & help influence executive leaders’ & stakeholders’ buy-in
- Sales Acceleration – Global Markets: UK & ROW
- BD/Pre-Sales and Solutioning
- Proposal Crafting – RFP support and Proposals for Leads Generated
- Liaise with cross-functional teams like Operations, Marketing, Designers and Sales
- Planning and Execution.
